Upon entering the house you will find the living room, kitchen, a bathroom (toilet+shower), a second balcony (with garden/sea view and access to the beach) and 2 staircases. The first staircase brings you up to the first floor, that offers an open room with a couch that turns in to a comfortable double bed. The second staircase leads down to the garden floor. It consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds as well as a bathroom (toilet+shower) and access to the garden. At the same floor you will find laundry and ironing facilities.
The house is located on a private property and 1 in a total of 6 houses. Free parking is available for a total of 2 cars. It also offers parking possibility for a trailer.
Spiti Stiladario is accessible by car or boat.
After communicating the estimated arrival time, guests will be welcomed in person. They will be provided with additional need-to-know information at arrival. (Access to local activities, restaurants, pharmacies etc).
Nearby beaches are easy to reach on foot. In the area surrounding the property you will find a beach-bar at 500m, a mini market at 1km and a supermarket at 8km. There are small taverns at a short distance and Neos Marmaras village is 10km away. A car is recommended.
The house is located on the Sithonia peninsula, on the provincial road connecting Neos Marmaras and Sarti. A place where you can find perfect white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.
A car is recommended for moving around (i.e. grocery shopping, excursions). Public bus transportation is available from Thessaloniki to Neos Marmaras village. The bus stop is located 10km from the property.
